BATT 4DAT Terms of Use

The App

BATT 4DAT is an offline utility for tracking batteries and battery-powered devices, forecasting replacement needs, and learning about battery types. It is provided for personal, informational use. Battery, electrical, and safety information in the app is general guidance, not professional advice.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BATT 4DAT on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.

Premium Subscription

• BATT 4DAT Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks unlimited device and battery tracking plus battery-expiry reminders.
• Length: 1 year. Price is shown on the purchase screen in your local currency before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription anytime in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

BATT 4DAT shows "reorder" buttons that open Amazon search results carrying our Amazon Associates affiliate tag, disclosed in-app with "#ad". These buttons only open Amazon; they never purchase anything automatically. Qualifying purchases may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Purchases you make on Amazon are governed by Amazon's terms.

Your Data

BATT 4DAT stores your data only on your device and collects nothing. You are responsible for your own backups; deleting the app or using in-app account deletion permanently removes your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Forecasts, shelf-life estimates, and reminders are approximations and may be inaccurate; do not rely on them for safety-critical decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4DAT LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
